Election Update for Charities, campaigning bodies, think tanks and political societies with the Electoral Commission and Bates Wells & Braithwaite London LLP.

An evening seminar for charities, campaigning bodies, think tanks and political societies who may be required to register as Third Parties with the Electoral Commission under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA). This seminar will explain whether your organisation’s campaign or marketing materials could constitute “election material” and the triggers for Third Party registration with the Electoral Commission.
