• Acting for charities and sporting bodies giving grants and loans, advising on title issues, dealing with charges and guarantees
• All aspects of landlord and tenant work
• Property management, acting for charities, commercial landlords and private individuals
• Extensive experience advising on and dealing with unregistered titles and registration of titles
• Corporate real estate experience, dealing with property aspects of share and asset sales and purchases
Recent transactions
• Acting for a major sporting body on all aspects of property work, and in particular its loans and grants to local clubs
• Acting for a national charity acquiring properties from its affiliated local charities and Industrial and Provident Societies
• Acting for a heritage property charity advising on loans secured by way of legal charges or local authority guarantees
• Acting for a company letting a newly constructed Arts Centre in East London
• Advising on property aspects of the re-structuring of a charitable foundation including leases of private schools and transfers of a portfolio of associated properties to two newly incorporated charities
