Acting for commercial, charity and private clients on all aspects of transactions involving commercial property including
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property including overage arrangements
• Development work
• Charging and finance
• Landlord and tenant work including granting and taking new leases, licences and dilapidations
• Corporate property transactions e.g. amalgamations, mergers, and asset sales and purchases

Recent Transactions
• Acting for a French state owned gas company on new headquarter premises in London
• The taking of a long lease and construction of a new Academy School in London
• Acting for a residential care provider on its portfolio of properties
• Acting for three sports clubs in the London area in formalising letting arrangements with the Landlord and settling funding documentation
• Completing a substantial letting for a medical insurer in Central London
Managing the grant of leases and transfers of property for a livery company
Sale of number of Grade I and II properties for a major charity
• Acting for an insurance company taking long leases of land for new headquarter buildings and construction of office building
• Acting for a liquidator on a portfolio sale of 17 investment properties (including some in Scotland and Northern Ireland)
• Acting for several clients with a nationwide presence and the taking of leases for their businesses and managing the property portfolios
• Refinancing of major tourist site in Cornwall
