• Acting for three sports clubs in the London area in formalising letting arrangements with the Landlord and settling funding documentation
• Completing a substantial letting for a medical insurer in Central London
• Managing the grant of leases and transfers of property for a livery company
• Sale of number of Grade I and II properties for a major charity
• Acting for an insurance company taking long leases of land for new headquarter buildings and construction of office building
• Acting for a liquidator on a portfolio sale of 17 investment properties (including some in Scotland and Northern Ireland)
