Type of Work
Assisting the Charity Department in all aspects of work for charities and social enterprises. Areas of expertise include:

• Charity and Social enterprise formations, corporate restructure and advice on regulatory filing requirements.
• Advising on a range of Companies House and Charity Commission post-establishment matters such as drafting of board minutes, trading agreements,loan agreements and transfer agreements.
• Dealing with post-establishment matters such as drafting of board minutes, trading agreements and loan agreements.
• Business development of OnBoard (the Management Consultancy arm of the firm) and conducting research and analysis of boards during governance reviews.
• Business development and co-management of BWB Secretarial Limited (the registered office and company secretarial services subsidiary of the firm).
• General departmental support, legal research and consolidation of precedents for the department’s knowledge bank.

Pro–bono/voluntary work
• Volunteer at South West London Law Centres.
• Assisting solicitors in providing pro-bono advice to charities and social enterprises.
