Experience
David has spent the majority of his legal career advising public sector entities entering into complex commercial arrangements. He advised the likes of the Department of Health, the Department of Education and Partnerships UK on the creation of significant national investment programmes such as NHS Lift and Building Schools for the Future. He then worked extensively with local public sector bodies implementing such programmes, along with some of the private contractors and funders partnering with the public sector on those programmes. David is someone with an increasing profile in the vibrant social change sector in Bristol and the South West and a commitment to improving the social, environmental and economic prospects across all communities in the region.
