Dinah Tuck
Partner

Dinah has specialised in public and regulatory law for 15 years, with a background prior to that in general dispute resolution. She works in all areas of public law, specialising in professional regulation and disciplinary issues for membership organisations . She is also engaged in the firm's health and social care group, focussing on care homes regulation, child protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Dinah is a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.

Qualification and experience
• Oxford University BA Hons 1986
• Over 20 years' experience in litigation/regulatory and public law
• All areas of public law, specialising in professional regulation, disciplinary work for membership organisations including trade unions and regulatory issues in the social care sector.

• Advising on vetting and barring scheme and CRB requirements and child protection/ vulnerable adult procedures
