Experience
Dominic acts for both charity and commercial clients in all aspects of transactions involving commercial property including:
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• All aspects of landlord and tenant work including: granting and taking new leases; assignments of existing leases and licences
• Property management, acting for commercial retailers, private individuals and estates
• Corporate real estate experience, dealing with property aspects of share and asset sales and purchases

Recent transactions
• Advising a disabled led theatre company on the lease of a groundbreaking new workspace in East London
• Acting for a community development charity on the purchase of a derelict school, the government funded development of the derelict school to form a charity hub and housing association flats, and the lease structure between the parties and users of the charity hub
• Advising several UK banks on lending and security arrangements for properties including hotels and industrial units
• Acting for an educational charity on a new lease of premises in Birmingham
• Advising a union on new leases of properties throughout England
• Acting for an educational charity on the grant of the lease of an independent school to a school governing body
• Advising a student union on the renegotiation of a lease of the main student union premises
