James joined BWB from Lovells LLP, an international law firm with a strong background in Intellectual Property, and in particular Community trade mark applications. Before this James spent several years working in the in-house trade mark teams of both Unilever PLC and British American Tobacco where he was, in part, responsible for international portfolios of several thousand trade marks. James currently provides paralegal assistance to Mathew and is responsible for the firm's trade mark formalities.
