Experience
• Commercial property and financial work, advising corporate occupiers from all sectors both as landlords and tenants and on all aspects of their portfolios.
• Acting for corporate clients on bespoke developments particularly in the retail and office markets and advising on all aspects of the development letting and financial arrangements.
• Assisting insolvency practitioners on real estate issues.
• Working closely with a range of funders on commercial and residential property funding (both single units and portfolio transactions) and as part of a team including banking specialists and leading a team of property specialists.

Recent Transactions
• Acts for Urban Outfitters in connection with acquisition of sites throughout England and Wales.
• Acts for a variety of corporate occupiers in connection with their portfolios, advising on acquisition disposal and general management work.
