• Advising professional membership bodies in respect of complaints and disciplinary rules, processes and cases

• Advice on confidentiality issues, including drafting and reviewing policies and recently representing a charity to successfully have set aside a police witness summons to produce highly sensitive and confidential information
• Advising on various child and vulnerable adult protection issues, including drafting and reviewing policies, Ofsted and local authority safeguarding investigations, and the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006
