Types of Work
• Public and regulatory law issues, including advising on regulatory codes and procedures, judicial review challenges and statutory appeals.
• Assisting in local government standards investigations and hearings, including a matter concerning the Mayor of Barnet.
• Freedom of information and data protection: advising on responding to freedom of information requests and data protection policy.
• Defamation and privacy: acting for media organisations and campaigning groups, and for business and individuals whose rights are infringed, including applying for injunctions and conducting complaints under PCC codes.
