Advising charities and commercial clients on a broad range of employment law and HR issues including:
• TUPE issues on mergers and service provision changes;
• drafting contractual documentation including contracts of employment, policies and bonus schemes;
• handling grievances and disciplinaries;
• carrying out redundancies;
• all aspects of discrimination work including equal pay;
• family friendly rights

• employment status including drafting and reviewing documentation for agency workers, consultants, home workers and bank staff;

• Advising a large national charity on a nationwide programme of redundancies;
• Advising one of the UK's largest providers of health and social care on a restructure of their housing teams across England, Wales and Northern Ireland;
• Advising an educational trust on the employment status of their tutors and drafting documentation to be used by hundreds of tutors;
• Advising a large housing organisation on the dismissal of several members of their senior management team;
• Advising several charities on mergers following funding cuts
