Experience
Siobhan acts for commercial charity and private clients in all aspect of transactions involving commercial property including:
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property including auction sales.
• All aspects of landlord and tenant work including: granting and taking new leases; assignments of existing leases; underlettings; and lease renewals.
• Corporate real estate experience, dealing with share and asset sales and purchases.
Recent Transactions
• Sale of freehold London head quarters of large UK charity for £2,600,000.
• Purchase of leasehold property for large UK charity for a premium of £1,200,000.
• Advising UK charity on refinancing to £3,000,000.
• Underletting for large US law firm for an annual rent of £170,000.
• Property aspect of the disposal of a waste disposal business with sites all over UK.
• Advising a well known Paris based French PR company in connection with taking a lease of Central London offices at an annual rent of £180,000.
