This one-day seminar will explore how social enterprises and public authorities can work in new ways to achieve common objectives in the provision of public services.
The seminar will explore the new and clarified concepts within the new European public procurement legislation and ideas for the development of more sophisticated relationships between commissioners and social enterprise suppliers in pursuit of their mutual public benefit purposes. It is designed to equip participants with practical information and knowledge about commissioning of public services based on partnership and how social impact bonds can be used as a collaborative tool to deliver social impact.
